Ski right to the specially designed ski door leading to the an area designed for your ski gear with ski racks, boot/glove dryers, benches to take off equipment and a dryer to dry your wet clothes. Powder Haus is a brand new modern townhome in the exclusive Cedars development at the base of Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Four bedrooms including 3 master suites with king beds, closets (two walk-ins), ensuite bathrooms (one dual access from the rest of the home). Fourth bedroom is a bunkroom with 4 large bunk beds and dedicated closet. All bedrooms include soft premium down comforters, Egyptian cotton sheets and premium pillows for a great, comfortable night sleep. Media room has a queen pullout couch and adjoining full bathroom as well as large flatscreen TV with blu ray player, satellite DVR and soundbar. The mainfloor of the townhome has a large extended length one car garage, ski-in room with ski racks and boot dryer, entryway/mud room area perfect for taking off and storing ski clothes and laundry facilities. There are two bedrooms on this level. The bedrooms containing king beds with premium linens and pillows, large walk-in closets, ensuite bathrooms, flatscreen TVs and satellite television. The ensuite bathrooms have a vanity, full shower and heated floors. The upper floor contains the modern kitchen with sit-up bar area, large refrigerator, high end stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pantry and all the modern kitchen appliances for the discerning chef. Just off the kitchen is the large dining area with 8 person dining table and chandelier above. Next to the dining area is the large living room with sectional sofa, gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV with blu ray player, satellite DVR and surround sound receiver. Just off the living room is a open office work area. Off the upper floor is a huge deck going from one end of the upper floor to the other. It has an 4 person hot tub, large gourmet BBQ grill and beautiful views. There is a half bath just off the kitchen and pantry. Other things to note NOTE: WE DO REQUIRE A $1000 CAD DAMAGE DEPOSIT - we can take this through AirBnB and it is refunded back after check-out. We also have a contract you must sign. Both are a requirement for our insurance coverage. ***Refunds for Wildfires and Air Quality Issues (Wildfire Smoke) will only be provided if the property is under a Government Evacuation Order.
