This suite is a show-stopper inside and out. Private, cozy, and welcoming. It is the perfect home away from home while you visit Bowling Green or the surrounding areas for work or pleasure. P. Floyd's Suite has been equipped with great modern conveniences. This suite is part of the P. Floyd House, but boasts a separate private entrance and exterior space. It is an open floor plan consisting of a full kitchen, sitting area, and bedroom. You will be delighted with the tiled shower bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, serving utensils, and supplies some of which will be displayed on industrial pipe shelving. In addition, you will have a standard stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer. You will find a bar table with two chairs and side storage completes the kitchen area. The space has a comfortable queen bed, sitting chair, dresser, and closet. You will have a flat-screen TV with remote. The suite also has a bonus area. You will enjoy sitting on the outside back patio reserved for your use. In the house, there is a shared laundry space. The laundry space is accessible from the outside of the house. We welcome guests to all areas of the suite except for the housekeeping closet with locks on it and the additional house, yard, and porch areas(unless both spaces are rented). The laundry room is a shared space between the house and suite. Guests staying the suite are permitted to use the laundry space in the basement of the house(accessible by an outside door). This house is in the heart of Bowling Green. You are one block from the downtown area where you can enjoy the city's best shops and restaurants. A short walk in the other direction puts you on the Bowling Green State University campus. Take a walk around the beautiful scenery that campus has to offer. A multitude of locations are a short walk or drive away. Walking or driving is the best way to get around the city. We are happy to provide a guest starter pack of items. The starter pack includes toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry detergent, toiletries(small soap, gel shampoo and conditioner), and trash bags. After the starter pack has depleted, guests are responsible for providing their own items. Overnight guests are limited to 2 and no events or parties are permitted.
