Excessive Mess We ask that the home be left in a generally tidy condition. If the home is left excessively messy (e.g., food spills, trash everywhere, damaged linens), an additional cleaning fee may be charged based on the time and effort required to restore the property. Furniture Furniture must not be moved. If it has been significantly relocated and not returned to its original position, a repositioning fee may apply to cover time and labor. ★ RIGHT OF REFUSAL ★ In accordance with Tennessee Law, we maintain the right to reject an inquiry, decline or terminate a reservation for any of the following reasons: - Fraternal Organizations or Sororities booking events not associated with membership. - Churches booking events unrelated to membership or religious affiliation. - Any guest in your party smoking inside the home. - Local residents booking stays shorter than 14 days. - Background check revealing incidents involving theft, drug distribution, destruction of property, or any issues concerning children. Any other relevant factors deemed necessary by management.
