There is also a pull out couch in the open living room (downstairs). The master bedroom has a King bed and a private on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the 3rd bedroom (doors between everything), which has a bunk bed consisting of a Full-sized lower and a Twin upper. Downstairs is a 4th private room that is set up as an office, but has a pull-out sofa Queen bed and an on-suite, Jack and Jill bathroom that also serves as the downstairs bathroom. Lastly, there is a Queen-sized sofa pull out in the huge, open living room. Guest access Guest have access to the entirety of the house with the exception of an upstairs owner's closet and the basement level.
