The Retreat at Camby Farm boasts three beautifully decorated bedrooms and three modern bathrooms, making it the perfect accommodation for a group of up to 10 guests The space has three dedicated, private bedrooms (upstairs) and a 4th private room set up as an office, but with a pull-out couch (downstairs). There is also a pull out couch in the open living room (downstairs). The master bedroom has a King bed and a private on-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the 3rd bedroom (doors between everything), which has a bunk bed consisting of a Full-sized lower and a Twin upper. Downstairs is a 4th private room that is set up as an office, but has a pull-out sofa Queen bed and an on-suite, Jack and Jill bathroom that also serves as the downstairs bathroom. Lastly, there is a Queen-sized sofa pull out in the huge, open living room. Guest have access to the entirety of the house with the exception of an upstairs owner's closet and the basement level. I live just 20 minutes away in the event of an issue or emergency, but leave you alone to enjoy the peace and quiet of The Retreat at Camby Farm. You will have my cellphone number for easy contact...preferably through text. The surrounding property is truly a nature lover's paradise. With sprawling green space and plenty of land to explore, you'll feel like you're in your own private oasis. Kids will love the swing set, while adults can enjoy roasting marshmallows over the fire pit in the evening. You'll have everything you need for a memorable outdoor experience, including plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and a grill for cooking up delicious meals. The Retreat at Camby Farm is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The surrounding towns of Gerton and Chimney Rock and Lake Lure are rich with hiking trails and scenic vistas. Located just a short drive from Asheville, you'll have easy access to all the restaurants, shops, and attractions that the area has to offer—including a vibrant arts scene, and breweries galore. This Southern jewel of a city is just dazzling. There's plenty of parking for up to 4 cars on this wide-open property! The Retreat at Camby Farm is situated 1/2 mile off of a main hwy, so you will need a vehicle to get around to the closest recommended spots in Fairview.
