Quiet, Private Guest House - Convenient Location

Includes full kitchen and washer/dryer. House is convenient to hospitals, Downtown, Greenbelt/River, Parks, Foothills, airport and I-84. Grocery store is walking distance. Month by month gym located less than 1/2 mile away. One off-street parking spot is provided. The space Great for travelling health care providers! Nestled on a half acre on a dead end street, this house provides a country-like setting right in town. The neighborhood is very walkable and owners/hosts live on-site. Because of this, we are looking for a quiet, trustworthy renter (or renters) for longer stays. No locals, please. This is a two bedroom house. One bed is a king and the other is a twin. The bathroom has a shower but not a tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and some staples. The house is on a well but filtered drinking water is provided through a recently installed reverse-osmosis system. Guest access Owner's live on the premises. This is a mother-in-law house....a separate structure (approximately 900 sq ft). Guests have a designated, off-street parking spot. Other things to note House has wireless internet and a flat screen smart TV for casting your favorite shows. There is no cable TV or landline. The house is on a well. Laundry can lead to a sulfer smell that dissipates once washer has run. Other water is filtered. Filter is changed every 30-60 days. Filtered drinking water is available free of charge.
