Nestled on the second floor with a view of the front yard, our bedroom offers more than just a place to rest. With a stylish bed, chic bed stand and light, plus a convenient table and chair for work, it caters to various needs. The shared bathroom boasts new LVP flooring, while the kitchen provides amenities for daily culinary adventures. A tastefully designed living room and a delightful outdoor deck in the backyard, furnished for relaxation, ensure an enjoyable stay beyond expectations. The space The dining and living room have been updated with beautiful new LVP flooring, and the kitchen has been completely renovated with new furniture and quartz countertop, giving the house a modern and stylish feel. The backyard is a perfect place to relax and unwind, with a deck swing and plenty of space to entertain. This house is a perfect blend of modern and classic, and is sure to be a great place to call home. Guest access The guest has additional public access to kitchen, dining, living and backyard spaces. IMPORTANT: - The maximum allow parking spot is ONLY 1. If you have more cars, you will need to park on the street. - Please park the car according to the yellow line marking and be aware to not block other cars from entering and exiting the driveway.
