A stylish Modern Victorian home with plenty of character newly built to honor the past and provide the essentials for a luxury get away in the beautiful Sunraysia region. Whether you are here for a relaxing getaway, family holiday, work or event the Jewel can cater for all. The space The Jewel has been designed to create a luxe home away from home. Tucked away in a quiet court location only a 6-minute drive or 3.6km from the Mildura Central Shopping Centre. The traditional heritage ceiling roses, cornice, high ceilings and polished timber floors create an inviting feel as soon as you enter. The spacious open plan kitchen living/dining area is nicely complimented by a large enclosed outdoor area, to enjoy the beautiful summer nights with the doors open or to enjoy the cooler nights with the doors closed. There is ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling providing comfort in any season, along with ceiling fans throughout. There are four bedrooms finished with superior bedding and finishing touches to make your stay as beautiful and easy as possible. Bedroom 1- King bed, fan, air con duct, ensuite, separate toilet, walk in robe. Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, fan, air con duct, built in robe. Bedroom 3- Double Bed, fan, air con duct, built in robe. Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, fan, air con duct, built in robe. Please note we can cater for 10 guests; they will be accommodated on an air bed in the separate lounge that has doors so is secure and private as per a bedroom.- extra charges apply please ask. The separate lounge can be used as a quiet get away to sit and relax with a good book. There is a rumpus room with a 75-inch smart TV and toys for the kids to enjoy, with sliding door access to the back yard. Open the bifold doors and enjoy a BBQ in the beautiful Mildura weather or sit around the fire pit in the cooler winter months. There is ample lockable side access to store your boat, caravan or trailer. Plus, lockable double garage to store your car. Please be specific about the people staying as not all bedrooms will be opened and usable. Other things to note Please note: We value the comfort and tranquility of our guests and the surrounding community. Therefore, we have a strict no-party policy and observe quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Any breach of our noise policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the remaining stay or deposit. No Pets Strictly no smoking, vaping, or E-cigarette inside the property. Any trace of smell will result in additional cleaning fees being applied. We ask that no hens parties, no bucks parties, or groups of people under the age of 25 allowed.
