Located 1 hour from Annecy/Geneva and 1 hour 20 from Lyon, a great place for your vacation. The space This charming 4-star cottage located on the ground floor of the manor house offers comfort and elegance for a relaxing stay. The living room, bathed in natural light, will charm you with its antique furniture, decorative marble fireplace, historic mouldings and high ceilings. The atmosphere elegantly combines classic elements with modern décor, creating a warm and refined ambience. A sofa bed can accommodate up to two additional guests. It has two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, a small laundry room, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Outside, you will find a jacuzzi, a swimming pool (in season) with solar shower, a barbecue, hammocks, a trampoline and outdoor games (badminton, table tennis). Bed linen is provided (sheets, towels and bathrobes) and the bed is made on arrival. ⚠️ Until 28 February 2026, the garden, swimming pool and Nordic bath are exclusively reserved for this holiday home. From 1 March 2026, these outdoor areas will be shared with the second holiday home, with each home retaining its own Nordic bath and private terrace. The accommodation has been renovated with sustainable materials and with the environment in mind: reinforced insulation, pellet boiler, double glazing, solar-powered outdoor shower, compost. The entrance is through the tower. Where possible, we offer early check-in from 9 a.m. and/or late check-out until 6 p.m. as an option on request at a rate of €120 each. Please do not hesitate to contact us to check availability. The Manor is located on a property of nearly 2 hectares. We live on the same property, in a separate building opposite the Manor (60 m away), ensuring your peace and privacy. Other things to note The Hot tub will be warm when you arrive, according to your preferred time. You'll then be able to enjoy unlimited use during your stay. Baby equipment: cot, booster seat, baby bath, changing mat and baby crockery. Completely renovated in 2023.
