There is a duplex on the same site but the studio is free standing with a separate entrance via a locked gate and faces away from the main house to ensure privacy. Other things to note There may be guests staying in the adjacent property on the site, so please be mindful of excessive noise. There is 1 small step to the front door and 3 steps down to the combined ensuite/laundry. The kitchenette has a microwave, bar fridge and small dishwasher. There is no oven.
