The Loft is located on the third and top floor and overlooks the back of the house to provide a quiet and cozy experience. The attic has been completely renovated and features all modern comforts for a "home away from home" stay. Just a few meters from the town center, equipped with everything you need, choose relax by the fireplace with a selected wine or work smartly with a view of the Dolomites. The space The attic, approximately 90m2 in size, is located on the third and top floor and has been completely renovated (May 2023) with the aim of providing a stay with all modern comforts in a relaxing and energy-conscious environment. The heart of the loft is characterized by a spacious open-plan area that serves as the living area, with a kitchen with island, dining room, and a typical "stube" (traditional Tyrolean lounge). It also features a living room with a bio-ethanol fireplace, a sofa bed, and armchairs. From this area, you can access the mezzanine via a staircase with a glass balustrade, leading to the first double bed and a workspace and reading area with a desk and bookshelf. The mezzanine reaches a height of approximately 1.70 meters at its highest point. Adjacent to the living room is the room with a queen-size double bed. The attic is completed by the main bathroom with a spacious shower and bathroom facilities, as well as a secondary bathroom for guests. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces within the Loft. They can also enjoy the backyard garden and park their car for free in the courtyard. It is possible to check-in independently using a programmable keypad with a customizable code. Other things to note A selection of wines is available for purchase, displayed next to the fireplace. The bio-ethanol fireplace can be used upon request, allowing the host to load it before your arrival. There are plenty of board games and many wonderful books available for reading.
