Kick back and relax at this peaceful and centrally-located oasis. Unit is fully renovated with modern décor,a kitchen and amenities like wifi, a smart tv,cable,ac and hot water. The community offers private beach access a restaurant and a pool. The outside of the community does need some work, but that also adds to a more rustic and authentic Jamaican experience. Very safe area with security and free parking. Airport/Excursion transportation can also be arranged for an additional fee. The space Your stay with us comes with free access to the Rose Hall Beach Club, open from 9am-5pm daily, located less than 5 minutes away by car. Food and drinks are available for purchase while visiting Rose Hall’s Beach Club. (at Rose Hall’s bar and/or on the beach.) Chair’s and Umbrella’s are no cost The apartment lies in very close proximity to 3 of the islands top rated golf courses – The White Witch, The Half Moon and Cinnamon Hill If you enjoy fishing!!! This can also be done on parts of the private beach.. Bring your gear or kick back with a few friendly local residents and watch them do it the island way with just some bait and a fishing line. If your lucky some will fire up a grill and prepare that fresh catch right before your eyes. Please bring beach towels if needed. One bath towel/wash rag will be provided per guest per stay. Other things to note Missing beach card - $100 each replacement Missing Rose Hall Beach card - $100 Washer and Dryer in the unit are NOT available for guest use. There is a small laundry room on the first floor and tokens can be purchased from the management office (which is located in the guard house )to utilize the laundry room. Please do not break or tamper with the lock on the machines in the unit. Any broken or tampered with lock will incur a $200 fee and a bad review on airbnb.
