The space You will love the convenience and modern comforts of the space. Your room includes walk-in closet that's convenient for longer stays or travelers that need to hang professional or formal clothes, and VERY comfortable queen size bed and an additional full size bed. All of the neighbors are courteous, friendly professional people. The home interior is modern and fun yet very comfortable. You have access to the kitchen and state-of-the art appliances, and the laundry room which is conveniently tucked away next to the kitchen. You can eat meals and relax in the living room area, watch TV (w/several streaming options) on the big 55" screen. You have free access to high-speed internet. Guest access You will have access to the front entrance door. Once inside the house you have access to your bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. You can also enjoy the shared living room, bathroom and kitchen space. My goal is to make you feel at home while away from home. During your stay I'm a working professional and am not home during typical business hours during the work week and stay busy on weekends as well so you will sometimes have the place to yourselves. Basically my interaction with guests is professional yet relaxed, but I enjoy friendly conversations and getting to know new people. If I'm not at home and you need me, you can text me or call at any time on my cell phone. I do like to watch TV a little bit before work when I'm having breakfast, and sometimes watch my favorite Netflix/Hulu shows in the evening so you might catch me then in the kitchen/living room for chatting or information or news. I respect your privacy too, and understand when work mode takes priority, so whatever style you prefer during your stay, I am fine with. Other things to note When I'm home, I'll be happy to answer any questions you have and to assist you in every way possible to make your stay in the Flint Area both inside and outside of the home, as pleasant as possible.
