BUT the main entrance to the building is from the 4th floor, so you don’t have any stairs to climb up to this apartment :)) The living room has a seating area and a flat screen TV. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available to guests. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area. There are 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are situated upstairs and 1 bathroom is upstairs too and 1 bathroom is downstairs. Both bedrooms have double beds ( king- beds). The apartment has a furnished terrace with a sea view. There is a lounge set with 2 lounge chairs and a sun bed. Although, there is a large bench of 2 meters with cushions so that one more person can lay down and enjoy in the sunbathing. You see from your balcony, the supermarket STUDENAC with the orange-green sign. … there are the garbage boxes. Other things to note Apartment is on the top floor actually on the 4th level. But you don’t have steps because the entrance to the apartment is on the other side actually on the same level as parking. So you don’t have any steps at all.
