The space The villa will be ready upon your arrival with bed linens, a bath towel, and a shower towel per person for your stay. It features an open-plan kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and includes a dishwasher. The living room offers a large TV and a comfortable sofa — perfect for relaxing moments. In the bathroom, you’ll find a washing machine, and the shower is equipped with dispensers for shower gel and shampoo. The entire villa is air-conditioned. Environmentally conscious, the property is equipped with functioning solar panels. There’s a spacious patio with an outdoor table and a terrace where you can enjoy stunning sunsets. A barbecue is also available in the garden. The hot tub at Villa Amalfi is for the exclusive use of guests. The parking area, while private, is shared within the residence (not on the street). One parking space is reserved per villa. Guest access To access the villa, the following check-in steps must be completed: – Provide a valid identification document for each guest – Sign a short-term rental agreement corresponding to the duration of your stay – Settle the tourist tax of €1,50 per person per night. Once the check-in process is completed, you will receive the access instructions and key collection codes on the day of your arrival. If preferred, you may check in with a member of our team between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM upon prior notice. Other things to note The host can provide a crib and high chair upon request. Early check-in and/or late check-out requests must be agreed upon and approved by the host. We kindly ask you to communicate such requests in advance, so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
