This cosy, adjoined annexe sits on the idyllic Penwith Heritage Coast on the outskirts of the Cornish village of Pendeen, moments from the dramatic Southwest Coast Path & iconic mining sites of Geevor Tin Mine & Levant. Offering welcoming accommodation for two people with some of Cornwall's most renowned attractions in easy reach such as Landsend, Sennen, St Ives, St Michael's Mount & The Scilly Isles. Bring your other half & your four-legged companion along to enjoy that much-needed break away. The space The property is an upside-down house with the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor and living/dining room with balcony on the first floor. As you come through the front door you can pop your coat and boots on the hooks and shoe rack provided. The hallway has a little storage cupboard for any extra bits of luggage and leads to the bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with electric shower over. The ground floor king-size bedroom is also off the hallway with large comfy bed and plenty of space to pop your clothes & belongings. The ground floor concludes with the light and airy kitchen with electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and small under-counter fridge with small freezer compartment. From the kitchen a flight of stairs takes you to the first floor living room where you can enjoy your meals and some quiet time, the comfortable layout offers a TV, snug sofa and dining table to enjoy a romantic meal for two. From here, you have access to a gorgeous balcony looking out towards Geevor Tin Mine and appreciate the main site of the area's history with a relaxing drink in hand. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole of Miner's Rest. The allocated parking space is within a private parking area where the owners also park their cars so please park with consideration. The front courtyard is a shared access area for Miner's Rest and the owners who live in the attached property - St Martins View. Other things to note Miner's Rest doesn't have a garden but if you're bringing a dog you can walk along the track right outside the gate which leads to fields and the coastal path.
