This clean, spacious primary bedroom is perfect for working professionals & travel nurses. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in vibrant Decatur, this home is right off I-285, a 5 min walk to Kensington MARTA train, & near food, breweries, live music, & hospitals. The room's location in the house is quite private and has a queen bed, blackout curtains, large closet, 50" Roku TV, dresser, desk (not pictured), high-speed wifi (400 mbps), and a view of the green 1/2 acre backyard. Shared bath with me. The space It's a single-story, newly renovated shared 4b/2b with a big backyard. The home is in a quiet, quaint neighborhood in a really convenient location to I-285 and a 5 min walk to the Kensington MARTA train (take it to the airport or Midtown!). I keep it very clean. BATHROOM: You'll share a bathroom with 1 person (me, unless I’m out of town) and can use the 2nd bathroom if needed (although it's never been an issue). HOW FAR IS THIS HOUSE TO _________?: Use Kensington Station as the starting point on Maps. Guest access This is a private room in a shared home. You'll be able to access your bedroom, your bathroom, and all common areas (including the 1/2 acre backyard and patio). You'll use a key code to enter the home and separate key code to enter your room. During your stay Since I (your host) live in this home, you'll be able to access me via phone, text, or in real life. Other things to note FOR EMORY UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: The house is 4.9 miles to Emory University. It's 14 minutes by car and about 50 minutes via MARTA. You can get a student MARTA pass for $68.50 per month. You can also rent a bike from Emory for $50 per school year. FOR MEDICAL INTERNS ON WINN WAY: There are many medical offices on and near Winn Way. It's about 6-8 minutes by car, $7-9 each way with Uber, and 30 minutes by bus ($98 a month). I can also help you rent a bike for about $30 a month.
