Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, while three occupy the upper level. Scenic Surroundings: Just a stone's throw from Garvan Gardens, this home boasts a privileged location. Take advantage of the dual covered boat slip and a 100-foot boardwalk hugging the shoreline, inviting you to explore the tranquil waters. Year-Round Comforts: While the pool remains closed from November 1st to February 28th, it offers a refreshing escape during the warmer months. Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The garage is not accessible to guests at this time. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th. ***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash, and taken to the curb the night before trash day to avoid a $100 fine.*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM.
