Come relax in our raised Chalet in the beautiful Towamensing Trails community. Enjoy our slate pool table, game table, covered deck w/Weber BBQ, indoor fireplace, yoga/reading area and king beds, as well as the all the amenities the community offers (beach, lake, pool & more). Need to do some work? It happens. Use our dedicated workspace with large monitor or built-in desk. Minutes from Big Boulder Mountain, Jack Frost Mountain, Skirmish Paintball, Whitewater Rafting, Pocono Raceway and more! The space ✨ MAIN LEVEL The main level (2nd floor) features an open concept floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, dining table, sectional sofa positioned near propane fireplace and 55" smart TV. Direct access onto our partially covered deck with a ceiling fan, seating area, and 3-burner Weber BBQ. The main level also has the master bedroom with a king bed and a built-in desk nook. This connects to a full bathroom with washer/dryer area. ✨ LOFT SPACE The upstairs (3rd floor) features a loft and two bedrooms - one with a king bed and the other with a California king bed, as well as a full bathroom. The loft space includes a yoga/meditation/reading area and an office workspace. The desk has a USB-C docking station connected to a 34" ultrawide monitor, keyboard, and mouse. ✨ LOWER LEVEL The lower level (1st floor) features a full bathroom and game room with slate pool table, card/game table, queen sleeper sofa, and TV. You may also access the garage from inside here. Guest access You will have access to our whole home during your stay! This is not a shared property. The only space on the property that you will not be able to enter is our shed and a few storage closets. COMMUNITY AMENITIES Included with your stay are 8 amenities badges so you can access the beach / lake, sports areas, and swimming pool. Children 6 and under do not require a badge. During the summer season, additional badges may be purchased at the marina for $10 per person, per day. 💲If you damage or misplace any badges, you will be charged a fee of $150 so we can replace them. Other things to note We love our Poconos home and frequently use it as a quiet escape from the everyday busy routine back in NY. Our hope is you will find it as relaxing and recharging as we do!
