This cozy unit is part of a duplex. The unit has separate entrances, and it is completely private. The location allows for deliveries from Elkhart or Mishawaka via DoorDash, Instacart, etc. This mid term rental is perfect for traveling nurses, students, etc. From our location to: -Elkhart General - 8 min. -St Joseph Reg. Med. Center - 16 min. -Unity Medical & Surgical Hospital - 17 min. -Goshen Hospital - 30 min. -Notre Dame - 25 min. -Goshen College - 30 min. This unit is part of a duplex. Guests will have access to their side of the duplex. The backyard is currently shared by both sides. We try to respond to messages quickly, so we are usually readily available to answer any questions or address any problems that arise. This is an older neighborhood, but we haven’t had any safety issues since moving in. The unit has a small attached garage, and there is parking available in the driveway. The other side will also be rented out, so there will potentially be pets playing in the other side of the yard.
