This cozy unit is part of a duplex. The unit has separate entrances, and it is completely private. The location allows for deliveries from Elkhart or Mishawaka via DoorDash, Instacart, etc. This mid term rental is perfect for traveling nurses, students, etc. From our location to: -Elkhart General - 8 min. -St Joseph Reg. Med. Center - 16 min. -Unity Medical & Surgical Hospital - 17 min. -Goshen Hospital - 30 min -Notre Dame - 25 min -Goshen College - 30 min The space This unit is part of a duplex. Guest access Guests will have access to their side of the duplex. The backyard is currently shared by both sides, however, each side has its own patio area. Other things to note The other side will also be rented out, so there will potentially be pets playing in the other side of the yard. The yard is only partially fenced. This unit is connected to another. Although it is private, you can occasionally hear other guests on the other side. We have implemented quiet hours and ask that all guests respect this to help everyone have a great stay.
