The world's first starry sky reserve is located just above your heads, so sit back and enjoy the show! The space This cottage won us over from our first visit. We have set it up to create a peaceful oasis where we come to recharge our batteries. By offering it to you, we want to share with you this chance that we have to have a simple, warm and magical place. Notre-Dame-des-Bois is the second highest village in Quebec (555 m.), it is an ideal place for mountain hiking enthusiasts with the border trails running through Mont Gosford, Montagne de Marbre and Mont Saddle. In addition, the proximity of the Mont Mégantic Park allows you to combine science with the outdoors, with a visit to the Astrolab. Located in the Domaine des Appalaches, the chalet is in a peaceful place, without being lost in the woods. The estate's roads are snow-free in winter, but we recommend being careful when traveling and having good tires (or all-wheel drive). Guest access On request, when you book, we rent bikes and snowshoes. Other things to note Please note, in the Domaine you will not have a cellular network. The cottage is not connected: no TV or internet, but a telephone (landline) is available for emergencies. You can use the board games, library, watch a movie (DVD) or listen to music (CD). Yoga mats are also available for use. Mother Nature envelops you in her tranquility and the starry sky offers you a whole show around the outdoor fire.
