Other things to note - Please tidy up after cooking and turn on your dishwasher before you leave. - Please be considerate of neighbours and strictly no party and no smoking. - Please take good care of the keys - replacement fee of $200 will be charged in case of lost, stolen and damaged keys. - Late checkout can be arranged at 12pm for $50. Please contact host asap should you need it. - Early check in from 12pm can be arranged with $50 upon request and will be accommodated wherever possible.
