The Buganvilla apartment is next to our house. It is ideal if you want to enjoy the proximity of the sea and at the same time the tranquility and calm that the olive trees convey. It offers privacy with a private porch, and at the same time you can share moments with the hosts in the pool and the rest of the common areas of the property, a good BBQ and a pétanque competition. If you are looking for a quiet place to rest and enjoy, this is your place. The space Finca Tivissa is an autonomous and ecological farm. We have solar panels and a cistern to supply ourselves. The apartment is part of our home but is completely independent, has its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds (or a double bed), overlooking the pool, the mattresses and bedding are all new; it has a full bathroom with a large bathtub and lots of light. It has its own terrace with ocean and mountain views, as well as a porch with a grill for outdoor cooking. Surrounded by an olive grove of 2 hectares, an organic orchard, our chickens and our pets that are part of our family. Guest access The common areas of our property will be shared with the hosts and guests of the Bungalow, except for the pool, which will only be shared with the hosts. Other things to note - Tourist tax is not included in the price. Throughout Catalonia it is mandatory and varies according to the province and type of accommodation, in our area it is €1 per person per day, maximum 7 days (€7). It will be paid upon leaving the accommodation. -Electrical appliances such as hairdryers or irons, water heaters cannot be used and we prefer that you use the Italian coffee maker. - Our chickens roam freely around the farm, so if you come with your dog and think it might attack them, you must let us know.
