Our apartment is located in the beautiful villa neighborhood Vista Royal, part of Jan Thiel. Walking distance to Jan Thiel Beach with its beaches, beach bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket. The space The apartment features a bedroom and suite, a spacious kitchen with gas stove and oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a courtyard with a spacious table and chairs. The apartment has its own entrance and there is parking. Guest access The apartment, including the driveway and patio, is for the guests. The apartment is fully fenced by a wall and an electric gate. The car can be parked inside the gate. Other things to note Water and electricity are charged at the end of the stay according to consumption. We offer 15kwh per day included, above that we charge €0.40 per kwh. Per m3 of water above the free consumption of 0.5 m3 per day, we charge €10 per m3. In the context of the environment, we would like to ask you to be economical with water and electricity and not to run the air conditioners all day.
