The space These two condos offers all the comfort and convenience you need during your stay. One of the units features 4 beds: one King, two Queen and a sofa bed in the living space. The other unit features 2 beds: one King and a sofa bed in the living space; for a total of 6 beds. This gated community has two towers, private security guards, systems of surveillance that control the perimeter, access, and common areas of the complex, state-of-the-art elevators, full emergency power plants backup with total coverage and automatic transfer, a large professionally furnished lobby with a reception hall, intercom systems and garbage ducts. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Social area (including the picuzzi pool) is available to guests staying 2 or more nights. The use of the social area (including the communal picuzzi) is private and requires reservation at least 24 hours in advance. Reservations are for spaces usually of three or four hours, depending on availability. Cleanings Free Cleaning every 3 days in Stays of 4 Nights & up, upon request 24 hours in advance.
