Honey's Cottage

Charming and quaint country cottage centrally located to Franklin, Arrington, and Nashville. Sit back and relax in this warm and cozy picturesque space, while watching turkey and deer roam on 10 beautiful acres. The property adjoins other farmland where you will find peace and tranquility. Enjoy coffee or wine on the porch or by the fire. Great for a romantic getaway, songwriter's retreat, or small event. The space The main part of the cottage is open with a full kitchen and island, dining area, sitting area, and a half bath. The cottage offers one bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bath to include a walk-in shower, clawfoot tub, and laundry area (washer and dryer). The property sits on 10 beautiful acres and is located on a quiet, dead-end street. If you are renting the cottage for lodging, there is a two-person overnight limit. If you plan to have any type of event (e.g., dinner party, birthday party, family gathering, etc.) during your lodging stay, where more than six people will be in the cottage or on the property, event and/or additional cleaning fee pricing will apply. (Please contact the host for any special exceptions or extenuating circumstances.) EVENT and PRICING/FEE INFORMATION: The property is available for events outside of cottage lodging. The max occupancy for indoor (cottage) events is 14. If more than 14 people will be in attendance, the event must be held outside. Outside events can accommodate 40 people. Please plan for inclement weather, as outdoor events are not allowed to be moved into the cottage. Contact the host for event/property fee pricing, cleaning fees, special services, and vendor recommendations. All events must be prearranged/approved. Guest access Guests will occupy the entire cottage and are welcome to walk around the property. Enjoy the cross and church pews for a quiet moment, and feel free to play with the dogs (Sage, Aspen, and Whistler). Guests are asked not to walk on the gravel drive behind the cottage or beyond the tree line at the back of the property. The large barn, to the left of the driveway, is on the other side of the property; therefore, guests are not allowed inside the barn. Other things to note The cottage is located 15 miles from Nashville, 20 miles from Murfreesboro, 10 miles from downtown historic Franklin, and 6 miles from Arrington Vineyards and historic Nolensville. If a dedicated workspace is needed, please let the host know at the time of booking. A dedicated workspace can be accommodated. The cottage is located directly behind the owners primary residence.
