Ideal for a family reunion with a large 4 bedroom house and then a smaller 2 bedroom house perfect for guests of all ages and maybe even guests who like different house temperatures! We kept the original gorgeous hardwood floors. and remodeled the rest, fresh clean space with brand new twist! Complete with retro board games, video games, toddler games, books and toys. Every bedroom has lamps with USB chargers built in. outdoor yards with a cowboy pool, deck area and Astroturf as well as two different secured dog runs incase you need to put dogs in two different yards. You also have access to a separate building that's got a full indoor arcade & workout space with several of your favorite retro games as well as foosball, ping pong, indoor corn hole, in a wonderfully air conditioned space. Guest access Back yard has, 2 dog runs, 1 cowboy pool, 2 Fire pits and 2 houses. These spaces are all private and there is a game room that is normally shared space but since you are renting the whole property (Both houses in one reservation) the game room is all yours! Other things to note Back yard is mixed space with an astro turf picnic table area, Stone walkways, wood decks, and concrete slab. Then you will find a more woodsy hammock and swing areas are in the natural grass and sand blended yard towards the back of the property. The sand is native to the area because we are blocks from the lake shore.
