Bathroom with single vanity, toilet, and shower (note that the shower is over a bath and is quite high - so unfortunately it will not suit anyone with mobility limitations). Bedroom with 1 x double bed Large room with curtain divider - 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed ("bedroom 2"), and (on the other side of the divider) 1 x double bed ("bedroom 3").
