Luxury house next to Ayala Alabang and Fernbrooks

This is our luxury townhouse at Versailles Alabang Village, one of the safest and best subdivisions in Metro Manila. This is our primary home that my wife and I personally incorporated our design elements and conveniences. You will find high quality appliances and very comfortable living spaces that is based on our meticulous preference and taste. Our house is perfect for balikbayans, Locals, Expats, Commercials, and for wedding preparations. We look forward to hosting you :) God bless Other things to note Please see the house rules below for our Versailles luxury home and let me know if you are ok with all of them: 1) No smoking inside 2) Keep place clean in the same way it was during check in (clean as you go) 3) Please take care of the appliances and furnitures 3) Observe quiet hours between 5pm to 8am. 4) No large gatherings except when preapproved. Versaillles subdivision security will require prior approval from me (owner) for your visitors including full names or they might not be able to come into the subdivision. I will personally need 3 days advance notice for the names and plate numbers. 5) Follow all subdivision rules and policies (speed limit, access to facilities, etc.) 6) Please allow 30 mins orientation by my Mom to familiarize yourself with the usage of the appliances, items, and important things to note during your stay. 7) Please also provide full names and valid IDs of the guests who will stay at the house that we will register into the property management office and who will get approved access. Also provide your car plate number to register 8) Please also give refundable deposit of 50,000php for 1 week and 100,000php in excess of 1 week in advance (waivable depending on reviews of guests) We look forward to hosting you.
