Villa Barcelona is located just 10 minutes by car from the famous and lively city of Sitges, with its bars, cafes, shops, restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches, and about 30 minutes from the city of Barcelona (Plaça d'Espanya) and your international airport. ACCOMMODATION The entrance to Villa Barcelona is on the first floor, it has a spacious dining room for 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen that gives direct access to a small terrace, perfect for having a morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful views of the pool and of the hills. This floor also has a full bathroom. The living room has a fireplace for cold winter nights. The seating area enjoys wonderful views over pine-clad hills and lush vineyards. The large windows make all the rooms of Villa Barcelona full of light and enjoy panoramic views of the hills of the Garraf Natural Park. The decoration is modern and elegant. It has 3 double rooms with direct access to the terrace and pool with this layout: Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom (in pink) En-suite bedroom 2 – Large double bed, with full bathroom and fitted wardrobes. In this room, we can put an inflatable mattress for two children or a wedge that is available in the villa. Bedroom 3 – Double bed with a bunk bed for two children. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a bed in case you have 2 more adults in the house. Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 located in the en-suite bedroom Bathroom 2: between the two rooms in the corridor Bathroom 3: on the first floor at the level of the dining room Guest access The central part of the terrace has a fantastic pool that offers wonderful views of the hills. The attractive tiled pool area offers plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. Right next to the summer kitchen area, there is a large dining table with seating for 8 people and a barbecue for outdoor cooking. There is also a very nice sitting area very comfortable to relax. The rest of the gardens that surround the villa have been left in their attractive natural state, made up of limestone rocks interspersed with aromatic Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, lavender and thyme, as well as the famous lemon and orange trees. There is secure parking for 3 cars at Villa Barcelona. There is also free unlimited street parking to the front and rear of the villa and no permits are required. Other things to note A car is essential for guests staying at Villa Barcelona. The pool is a pool in the center of the terrace, so children are not allowed near the edge of the pool and need to be supervised at all times. Unfortunately, Villa Barcelona is not adapted for people in wheelchairs.
