A $100 pet fee will be added to your stay to ensure the home remains fresh and comfortable for all guests. 🔒 Security & Local By-Law Compliance For the safety of our guests and to comply with local short-term rental by-laws, we are required to collect a few details prior to check-in. Before arrival, guests will be asked to provide: • A valid government-issued photo ID from the booking guest • The full names of all guests staying at the property • The number of vehicles that will be parked on the property • Vehicle make/model and license plate numbers This information is kept confidential and is used solely for property registration and municipal compliance purposes. For additional security, exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the property. These cameras are located outside the home and record video and audio. There are no interior cameras. Guest access Guests have private access to the main floor and second story, as well as a private backyard. Please note that there is a basement tenant who utilizes the garage to enter the unit, and you may encounter them during your stay on the front drive. The basement tenant does not have access to the backyard or the upper unit, the laundry area in the basement level is the only shared space with the lower tenant. There is a round smart lockbox beside the front door - we will send you a code specific to your stay 48 hours before hand and the key to the house will be inside the lockbox -please return the key before you leave Other things to note For elevator use, children under 13 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please take a moment to review the residential elevator manual before operating. Kindly note that the washer and dryer are located in the basement and can only be accessed via the elevator. Fast EV charger is a paid service for guests who have electric cars, you must inform us, so that we can ensure you have access to the EV charger card or the EV charger will not work.
