Our waterfront house is modern and cozy, so our guests can feel like they are comfortable at home, a home away from home but with an amazing unobstructed water view! Our house is a gem because it's one of the rare Airbnb in Colonial Beach that is right on the water! You can swim, kayak, or stand up paddleboard! The house size is perfect for a couple or young family, or small group of friends &/family! If you feel like eating homemade food, you can whip up a meal at our well equipped kitchen or fire up the gas grill outside to cook your favorite steaks, burgers, or hotdogs! If you feel like eating out, there are many great seafood restaurants minutes away by car like Wilkerson's Seafood. Feeling adventurous? You can even kayak to Dockside & Tiki bar! Colonial beach town is 10 minutes away by car and offers a variety of restaurants, boutique shops, and a fishing pier. You can use the 2 person kayak (brand: Perception) in our backyard, use our stairs to access the water, and park within our lot outlined by the partial black fence and solar lights on the ground. The empty lot next to our house is not ours, so please don't use the lot, their stairs, nor use the 3 kayaks on that lot.
