Take a dip in the pool, unwind in the jacuzzi, or relax under the trees. Fire up the BBQ grill, shoot some hoops, or just lounge with a good book while the kids explore the treehouse and swings. 🧺 Extras     •    Washer & dryer conveniently located in the bedroom     •    Driveway parking and ample street parking Whether you’re here for a short visit or a longer stay, this home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience — a true “Blessed Stay-Cation” experience you’ll want to return to again and again. Guest access You will be able to access the entire home. We have a shed out in back that is locked only for our cleaners. Other things to note 🌟 Other Details to Know We want your stay at A Blessed Stay-Cation to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible! Please take a moment to review the following details and house guidelines: 🗑️ General Reminders     •    If you’re staying with us on a Sunday night, kindly place the trash bins by the curb for Monday morning pickup.     •    Please turn off the A/C when leaving the home to help conserve energy.     •    A vehicle may be parked in the driveway, but there’s ample additional parking both in the driveway and along the street. 🐾 Pets     •    Pets are welcome with a $125 pet fee per pet.     •    Please pick up after your pet to help keep the property clean and enjoyable for everyone. 💦 Jacuzzi & Pool     •    The jacuzzi is available for $75 per night.     •    Please do not attempt to turn it on yourself.     •    Contact us first — we’ll provide a short video and instructions for safe use.     •    The pool and backyard are serviced regularly to maintain cleanliness:     •    Gardener: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays     •    Pool Service: Fridays or Saturdays 🚽 Plumbing     •    Please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilets. This helps prevent plumbing issues and keeps the system running smoothly. 👷 On-Site Professional Please note: there is a tenant on the property for work-related purposes, but they do not have access to the interior of the home or the backyard.     •    Guests have full privacy and exclusive access to all guest areas, including the yard and pool.     •    The tenant’s presence is limited and strictly professional. They will never enter guest spaces without prior notice or permission. We take pride in providing a peaceful, clean, and private stay for all our guests.
