Bakery Cottage

The cottage is furnished to a very high standard with tasteful colour schemes and homely touches throughout. The brilliant community run village pub, the Sir Walter Raleigh, is just a minutes' walk and serves local beer and great food. Woodbury Common, the River Otter and Budleigh Salterton are all within a pleasant walk through the countryside and lanes. This really is a quaint unspoilt Devon village with its ancient church and village school and shop run by the locals. The space An entrance door takes you into a spacious and tastefully furnished living room/dining room with original exposed beams. French doors go out to a secluded rear patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. There is a small summerhouse with a WC utility. Very well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances. From the living room stairs lead to the first floor. Bedroom 1: Spacious bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe with ample storage space. Bedroom 2: There is a further bedroom with a king size bed. Newly fitted modern, spacious bathroom with bath, separate good size walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Parking: Guests can pull up to unload, Parking is free in the village car park just 50 yards level walk from the cottage. Other things to note Pets - 2 well behaved dogs accepted at £30 each/week which is not included in the booking price. Please let us know after booking so we can add the separate fee via Airbnb. We kindly ask that dogs are kept downstairs & off furniture.
