The space The Kitnet has a kitchen, laundry and private bathroom. The place has a motorcycle space, we do not have a car space, guests usually park in front of the condominium. However, the availability of a space for the day of the stay can be consulted by message. Guest access Access is individualized in the kitnets and each unit has its own restricted environment. Only the entrance to the condominium is a common space. Other things to note We will always be available to guests, if necessary, through WhatsApp or the Airbnb messaging field.
