I rent the apartment in which I live with my 3-year-old daughter. It is very pleasant, dual-aspect, quiet, 10/15 min walk to the train station and the historic center. There is a large living room/fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful view of the rooftops on one side and a small terrace where it is nice to drink coffee or an aperitif. Parking is available in the private area of the cul-de-sac, without a dedicated space, so subject to space. The space Perfect for a family or 3/4 friends. One bedroom with a queen size bed (160 X 200), one bedroom with a single bed + another below (pull-out bed). One more person can sleep on the sofa bed but it's not very comfortable. Easy access to the city center on foot, quiet accommodation, in a small quiet building. 3rd floor without elevator. Access possible to a bicycle garage. This is my primary home, so it's a home with life! Guest access You will have access to the entire place Other things to note Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, late parties will not be tolerated.
