Single room located on the ground floor of the house has a separate own bathroom and kitchenette. The room is next to the main door. The room is furnished with single ikea bed, mattress, table & chair, wardrobe, & air conditioning. Kitchenette has cook top, small fridge, tap water, and all other needed utensils and cookware. We are living upstairs so you will have extra privacy. Shopping center & bus stop to city are both 15-18 mins walk. Street parking available. We have a 1-year-old labrador.
