Villa Myles: Beachfront

Villa Myles is a coastal-inspired, modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa with a gorgeous view of the sunset and Burgeaux Bay in Dutch St. Maarten. Located in Beacon Hill, Villa Myles is only a 5 or 10 minute walk to 2 spectacular beaches nearby; Simpson Bay Beach and Maho Beach. It's also within walking distance to Maho Village; one of the most popular and touristic strips in Sint Maarten. There you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, casinos, nightlife and a supermarket. The space Villa Myles has undergone a complete renovation. All common areas and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all new appliaces - glasses, dishes, cutlery and utensils are all provided. The property offers smart tv's for your entertainment and strong Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the villa and the pool deck area. There is parking for up to 2 cars. It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are about a 15-20 minute walk away. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the property. Other things to note We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Villa Myles is not set-up to be a party house. Villa Myles is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.
