Located right next to the Marriot with easy access to shops. It's inside the Free Tram zone, so getting around couldn't be easier! Parking available at $15 per day The space The apartment is on the 30th floor (accessed via lift) and is very large, boasting a floor area of 110sqm. Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms. Beds: 2 of the Bedrooms have a one Queen Sized bed. The third bedroom is huge and has 2 Queen Beds in it. The Queen Bed dimensions are (L203cm x W153cm) Bathrooms: There are 2 full bathrooms. One has a Shower and toilet, the second has a Shower/Bath and toilet. Laundry: There is a Washing Machine and Dryer in the apartment that you can use for free. We supply detergent for you. Guest access The Entire space is your to use. You will have access to the pool and gym as well.
