Please inform us in advance. 1. Use of the Property ・All areas of the villa are available for your use, except storage spaces. ・Only registered and fully paid guests may enter the property. Unauthorized entry will result in an additional fee. ・Pets are not allowed. ・After 9:00 p.m., please avoid loud voices or noise outdoors. At night, refrain from loud music or parties and keep noise to a minimum indoors. ・Do not touch the paintings or collectibles inside the villa. 2. No Smoking Policy ・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. ・Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas. 3. After Visiting the Beach ・Please remove all sand before entering the villa. ・Do not wash sandy swimsuits or clothes in the washing machine (this can cause clogging or damage). ・If excessive cleaning is required, the cost will be charged to you. 4. Fireworks ・Hand-held fireworks are allowed only in designated areas. ・Sky rockets and fireworks that produce loud noises are prohibited. 5. Kitchen Facilities ・Seasonings provided: salt, pepper, soy sauce, salad oil, olive oil, sesame oil (availability may vary). ・Rice is not provided — please bring your own if needed. ・Cooking equipment: microwave, rice cooker, frying pan, small pot, mixing bowls, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc. ・Tableware: chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, rice bowls. ・Please wash all items after use and return them to their original places. 6. Facilities & Maintenance ・Facilities are maintained regularly, but natural disasters or other events may cause malfunctions or damage. ・If issues arise on the day of your stay, repairs may not be completed immediately. ・We do not provide alternative equipment and cannot offer refunds or compensation. 7. Garbage Disposal ・Please follow the garbage sorting instructions posted on-site. ・Dispose of garbage in the designated location. 8. Natural Environment & Insects ・The villa is surrounded by nature, so insects or small animals (e.g., mosquitoes, sand fleas, spiders) may enter. ・We do not provide pest removal service or accept complaints about insects during your stay. 9. Free Pick-up Service ・We offer transportation between Mt. Fuji Shizuoka Airport / JR Kanaya Station and the villa (up to 7 guests). ・Please provide your flight number and arrival time in advance. 10. Damage & Compensation ・Any damage to furniture, equipment, or the building will be charged at cost. ・If non-registered guests use the facility, an additional charge equal to the accommodation fee per registered guest will be applied. 11. In Case of Emergency ・In case of fire, injury, or other emergencies, contact staff immediately. ・Evacuation routes and contact details are posted inside the villa.
