Sleeps 25 people! Perfect large group beach front property! Lovely gardens cover the grounds with a beautiful pool and palapa. Roatan's amazing sunsets can be watched every night of your stay from our private dock. Inside you will find granite countertops throughout, beautiful tiled floors, vaulted ceilings, amazing ocean views and the most gorgeous, fully stocked kitchen. If you are a scuba diver we have some of the best dive sites right off our dock! Our luxury villas are located within a secured complex of the Villas at Gibson Point. The Villas were recently finished in 2015 with Tile throughout the Villas. Renting this space gives you access to all 3 of our Villas. Each Villa has the same floor plan all with different decor. The open upper living areas have Granite counter-tops in the Kitchens and under mount sinks on the Kitchen islands. Each kitchen also boasts a 6 Burner gas stove and all the items you need for those times you may choose to cook. The living/dining room areas are surrounded by windows and a balcony that overlooks the pool and Ocean. With a sofa with a Queen size pull bed for lounging. The dining room tables each comfortably seats 8-12 people. You also ceiling fans and A/C if our tropical weather gets too hot for you. The Lower levels have two bedrooms with their own in-suites. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and its own private balcony. The Master bath has granite counter tops and a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 Double beds with a granite counters and walk in shower. The center condo also has a twin bed in the guest room. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and their own ultra-quiet air conditioners. The villas at Gibson Point have their own private fresh water pool for your relaxation or floating in the pool with your favorite tropical cocktail. In the evening, sit out on our dock and enjoy the beautiful sunsets we have and have cocktails with your fellow neighbors. In the mood to cook? Beer? Wine? Eggs? Coffee? Your favorite Snacks? Want your fridge fully stocked with everything you would like from the grocery story upon arrival? No problem! We are happy to offer this service to you for a fee of $40 dollars per Villa rented. You'll have everything unloaded and waiting for you at your Villas! **Please note** This service is subject to availability Our property manager will be available on the island if an issue arises and Gary can always be reached by phone or email. We have the best snorkeling and diving just off our dock! We are just down the beach from great restaurants, yoga, dive shops and from Anthonys Key Resort where the dolphin training is located. All within walking distance! You can have a lovely stroll down the beach and watch the dolphins every morning! Gibson Bight is an incredible neighborhood because it is only a 2 minute drive from west end but still private enough that you are not surrounded by cruise ship tourist. It is recommended to rent a scooter, car or utilize taxi's while on the Island to get the best experience. There are many places around Roatan just waiting to be explored! There are restaurants within walking distance and some of the most incredible diving and snorkeling on the island just in front of our place!
