Innisfree Farms' "Big Tiny" has full size comforts and a beautiful setting on our 70 acre farm. Get back to nature without giving up hot showers and A/C. The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. The Tiny sleeps three -- 2 in the lofted queen and 1 smaller person on the futon-style couch. AWD or 4WD will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow! The space Isolated in nature, but five minutes from Oglebay Park and 15 minutes from Wheeling, the Lost Tinyhouse is a great way to try the tinyhouse life without giving up on comforts. Make sure you check the photos. Lost Tiny has a larger loft, a smaller loft and a sofa bed. The lofts are reached by ladders and a kind of stairs. Care needs to be taken and children require supervision of course! You have full facilities here -- everything you need and nothing you don't. You're at the edge of the farm's smaller pond and there's a firepit, an outdoor dining table, and Adirondack chairs near the dock. There's a covered porch area and a huge umbrella for shade from the sun -- please take it down if there's wind! If the weather goes south. There is a small record selection and player, or you can bring your own vinyl. The Lost Tiny now has its own 40 amp EV charger, one of two on property. Need more space? Our three-bedroom converted horse barn is also available ("The Run In Barn at Innisfree)! Extended family reunions are some of our happiest visitors because of the ability of people to be together, while also having some private space. Guest access The tinyhouse is all yours and there is a flat grassy area with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, outdoor table, and a charcoal grill is also available - some charcoal is often left behind to get your started but bring some if you need to be sure you have it on arrival. You're nestled in the woods at the edge of a small pond It's one of only four inhabited locations on a 70 acre farm that you're free to walk and explore. Please don't go out on the iced over ponds in winter -- that's dangerous! Other things to note 4WD or AWD necessary in the snow to drive to the tiny, (or you could hike there, about 400 feet down a gravel drive. Note there is a queen bed in the loft and a futon downstairs but the futon is really only suitable for a smaller person or little kids. It is a tinyhouse!
