This beautiful property in the heart of the Cévennes will welcome you in a remarkable natural environment, with family or friends. Recently built, this air-conditioned chalet can accommodate between 4 and 6 guests. The communal pool and playground are shared with the occupants of the 4 other chalets on site, for a stay in complete conviviality, away from any visual and noise pollution. A total disconnection from everyday life at a low price, which will delight young and old alike. The space The main room has an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sofa bed. it opens to a bedroom with 140 bed, and a shower room with toilet. On the mezzanine, a bedroom with 2 beds in 90 (possibility of adding a 3rd mattress in 90). Outside, a small covered terrace with dining table, and a lounge area with sunbeds and barbecue. If you're interested in holding an event or a family gathering, a newly built geodesic dome on the property can be made available to you. Guest access The chalet is completely private. The pool and playground are shared with the occupants of the other 4 chalets on the property. A shared laundry room is also available for your use. Other things to note Rental management is provided by the Conciergerie de l 'Aigoual. Bed and bath linens are not included in the rental price. We can offer it for rent at a rate of €8/person for sheets and €4/person for towels. You will need to leave the chalet in the same clean condition it was in when you arrived. The exit inventory will allow us to check it together. You can also choose to unburden yourself of household chores for the sum of €50/stay. You will then need to inform us as soon as you arrive.
