The first bathroom, complete with shower cubicle, toilet and a laundry area, adds practicality. The large living room window floods the room with natural light and opens onto a balcony perfect for al fresco breakfasts or evening aperitifs, with breathtaking views of the sunsets. On request, a single bed with a comfortable mattress can be added for an extra guest. ◉Sleeping area: Located on the upper floor, this intimate and cosy area includes a double bedroom and an elegant raised sofa, ideal for relaxing or reading.
