The Whole Enchilada

The Whole Enchilada combines two separate Airbnb listings into one rental. If you rent the Whole Enchilada, you are renting a whole house, which includes two unconnected spaces with separate entrances. The two spaces are called 'Gull's Nest' and 'Siesta Shores.' They are in the same two-story house, a 20-minute walk from one of Maine's best beaches. The space "Gull's Nest" is a one-bedroom apartment located on the upper level. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, and a window air conditioner keeps the bedroom cool. The small kitchen is updated with new appliances and fully equipped with supplies needed to prepare meals. The living area features a sofa that folds out to a bed along with a twin cot for additional sleeping. The dining area has a table and four chairs. There is no air conditioning in the living room, dining room, or kitchen. The upper level apartment has one large bathroom with a washer and dryer available for guests to use. "Siesta Shores" is a two-bedroom guest suite on the lower level. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king-sized bed and in the second bedroom are two twin-sized beds. There is a window air conditioner for each bedroom. The common area does not have air conditioning. While there is no kitchen downstairs, there is a sitting area with a table, four chairs, a mini fridge, and microwave. The bathroom on the lower level has a stand-up shower. Two off-street parking spaces are available. Access to our Level 2 NEMA 14-50 electric vehicle charging outlet is included in your stay, bring your own cable. We ask that you kindly respect our neighbors and honor quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. There is no smoking on this property. Events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole property, which includes two separate rentals. The two units each have their own exterior entrances and they are not connected indoors, at all.
