The airport is a 7-minute drive. We are about 25-minute drive from Old Town Tbilisi with easy access from Kakheti Highway. Recently updated tankless heater and baby gate added to the stairs to the basement. The space The master bedroom has a solid wood double bed with a brand new mattress, mattress topper, 100% cotton linens and a closet with drawers, shelves and hanging space. The secondary bedroom has 2 solid wood twin beds with brand new mattresses, 100% cotton linens and a closet with drawers, shelves and hanging space. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, glasses, serving ware and cooking utensils as well as an electric kettle, French press and standard coffee maker. Everything you need to cook a healthy meal is ready for you. There is a small washing machine and portable drying rack, iron and ironing board. The living room includes a library of English speaking books about orthodoxy, art and history as well as a large collection of language learning books of a variety of languages. There is a portable bluetooth speaker that will easily connect to your device. Fast Wifi is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, toilet paper and a limited selection of toiletries for your use. The apartment decor is professional medium format photography of Georgia shot by a prior owner in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Large section of books for language learners, history buffs and those interested in Orthodox Christianity. Two chess boards available for a fun night in! There is an empty basement below the main floor and we have recently added a retractable baby gate to the stairs that lead to the bas ement. Guest access The entire space is available for your use.
