Less than 10 minute walk to beautiful sandy beach area PLUS strategically located near Victoria Beach & Grand Beach. Modern interior with all the necessities of home. 3 bedrooms. Sleeps 5+. The space This is a little piece of heaven, surrounded by big rocks and oak trees. Inside the style is modern the View from inside is wonderful, looking out onto the trees and any animals that grace us with their presence. Surrounding deck and porch on the outside. With a fire pit at the front of the house. In winter it a prime location for snowmobilers! Only a 150 ft and easy access to main trails system and gas station which is right beside the trail, less than 10 minutes to the Birchwood Motel and Traverse bay store and liquor mart all on the trail. Beautiful trails and great shacks. Also great for ice fishing about 20 minutes to grand beach, lake Winnipeg, Pinefalls, Balsam bay and Hillside. Great for people who like to ski great trails at grand beach or Victoria Beach. Guest access Access to entire cottage a few exceptions to the bedrooms eg. 2 guests 1 room the other 2 bedrooms will be lock 4 guests 2 bedrooms more than 4 all 3 bedrooms will be available. No access to garage. Other things to note Be comfortable and enjoy the indoor and outdoor comfort provided and treat my home like you would yours. Please clean up after your self, no outdoor shoes inside ( bring your indoor shoes to wear if you want ) sweep the floor put away your dishes, strip the bed and take the garbage out.
