Welcome to Flin Flon. Be my guest at my late 1933 beautiful country style home on the rocks, travellers, relocated workers and fisher-peeps. I am very excited to share my soulful space with you. The space This (Apt) Loft Suite #1, is a full 700+sf is located on the top floor of a 3 story home. With 18 steps up an outside staircase to a spacious private deck to your private keyed entry. The loft has a great atmosphere, light and character. It is also very spacious with a lot of original pieces and finishings, and areas to visit and have quiet time. with a full kitchen for you to make all your meals in the comforts of a home setting. ( as I do not provide any meals) Guest access Emergency exit and Back up entry for locked in keys at my bottom business floor door with a inside staircase of 3 flights. Please note: I run my home business space on (entry) bottom floor along with shared wifi/ laundry & fitness studio and yoga room area and many other common areas to enjoy, with the ask. Common certisy applies. The newly landscaped yard has warm and peaceful atmosphere with a summer healing gardens and flowers and fruit trees a relaxing pergola and BBQ area, surrounded by groomed green space which will enrich your stay and wellbeing:-) I have room to park three vehicles and flat area for a motorcycle, in my yard and plug in -bring a cord. I try to keep the drive / parking area and entries shovelled but sometimes storms hit. Shovels and brooms are always visible for use. Other things to note "ZERO Tolerance to:" excessive drinking/ parties or smoking or drugs permitted on property! Failure to comply; you will be immediately removed from property! The essential rule is respect. *** Since my space includes a my private business as well as other guests and my friendly dogs... I ask to insure privacy and security guest are asked not bring outsiders into the house at any time.
