NASCAR, Cardinals & Diamondbacks within a half hour drive. Smoke-free, pet-free, and ideal for relaxation. No parties. Local renters not accepted. The space ADA accessible but not to strict code. All the bells and whistles, WiFi, laundry, big screen TVs, very basic cable package (LOCAL CHANNELS ONLY), in-ground pool in back yard. Pool is heated year round. Clean and comfortable. Please put any perishable food items bagged up and in the garbage before departing. Guest access Guests have access to all home has to offer. Please replenish any consumables. Pool side furniture is in garage and can be set out to your liking. Please return to the garage as found. The smoker grill in the garage is my personal grill.
