Beautiful Villa in the quietest place, close to the sea and the jungle, furnished, Wi-Fi with variable speed (due to the area where the speed is not very large), air conditioning in each room, Internet TV service (Roku), swimming pool, large gardens, garage for a car, has equipped laundry and is located on a private street on the beach of Los Ayala, Nayarit. (Condo duplex, shares pool and gardens) * Very scarce cell coverage in the village. Guest access It is a villa that consists of 2 houses of two levels each which only share the garden, central corridor and pool. Other things to note - There is very little cell signal of all the companies so there will only be coverage in certain areas of the village and the house, keep the location of the house previously which can be found in the below part of this message. -Because the village is small, the internet connection can fail or be very slow, the speeds can vary. - There is no cable TV system, but the televisions have apps for viewing netflix, youtube or surfing the network. -The Villa is located on the side of the jungle, so sometimes small harmless insects (ants, popcorn, cachoras, etc.), the house has mosquito nets to prevent them from entering.
