Beautiful Villa in the quietest place, close to the sea and the jungle, furnished, Wi-Fi connection with 1 mb speed (due to the area in which it is located is the maximum speed), air conditioning in each room, internet TV service (Roku), swimming pool, large gardens, garage for one car, it has equipped laundry and is located on a private street on Ayala beach, Nayarit. (Condo duplex, share pool and gardens) * Very scarce cell phone coverage in the village. Guest access It is a villa consisting of 2 houses of two levels each which only share the garden, central corridor and pool. Other things to note - There is very little cellular signal from all the companies so there will only be coverage in certain areas of the village and the house, keep the location of the house beforehand which you can find at the bottom of this message. - Due to the small town, the internet connection can fail or be very slow, there is only 1mb speed. - There is no cable TV system, but the TVs have apps to view netflix, youtube or surf the network. -The Villa is located on the side of the jungle, so sometimes small harmless insects can enter (ants, popcorn, pups, etc.). The house has mosquito nets to prevent them from entering.
