Come enjoy A Cozy Nest's Bedroom 2 in the coveted Riverview neighborhood of Big Rapids, just blocks from Ferris State University, Spectrum Health and Riverview Park and trails. Whether you are a travel nurse or other traveling worker needing short term housing, a visitor to Ferris State or just passing thru, this home can accommodate your needs. Close to down town and convenient for shopping and dining The space This is a smaller bedroom in my home with a full size bed, Dresser and 32" TV, Sitting Chair,desk and closet. It can fit 2 guests, but 1 guest will be more comfortable. A typical 60s Ranch home with 3 bedrooms on the main floor, living room, kitchen and bathroom and laundry in a full basement. Guest access You will have access to the entire shared home, except for the other bedrooms. There is a full kitchen, living room, fenced backyard and laundry in the basement. Enjoy! During your stay I will enjoy visiting with guests as our paths cross but I will allow guests the freedom to enjoy the home as they wish. I will be on the premises or just a phone call away and can assist you with anything you may need Other things to note I do have a Schnoodle dog named Pearl. She is hypoallergenic. She will may sneak into your room feel free to shoo hr out it is imperative that guests are okay with little dogs she is very friendly. If you have a pet, please make sure she/he gets along with other dogs.
